My list of favorites: 1.Ocarina of Time (Pretty damn awesome game.) 2.Wind Waker (awesome fighting styles!) 3.The Legend of Zelda (can't beat the originals.) Although I haven't played: Link's Awakening,Oracle of Ages, Majora's mask (not too much, anyway) So I could be missing out.
