I'm not sure if some of the Nintendo characters would fit into a story driven game like that. I mean, Mario doesn't really have a personality, he's just the hero, that's it. A game like that would still probably be freakin awesome though.

Well XYY is possible, but I'm pretty sure just two Y's isn't. There's also XXY and just a single X. But the worst affects are slight retardation and sterility so it's not that bad.
