Thanks for the tips man! The next time I have a close up scene I'll be sure to try Paint. Right on. I plan to include myself in the strip quite a bit so I'll watch for that pitfall.

That would be because I used a semi-transparent brush to cover his eyes rather than a solid color (which looked worse). I was thinking that using the rubber stamp tool might fix that, but man, I suck with that tool. Well, it's more of a 16 bit video game comic than a Mario comic, but yeah, I get what you're saying.
