  • It's funny, when I first saw you post in the other threads I was like "Wait, Noobity? ...Huh, now that you mention it, I guess I HAVEN'T heard from him in a long while, how weird is that!" I saw your forum name and it still seemed just as familiar to me, like you had posted here just as often as you had at inksandwich.…
  • Have fun!! I know you will!!
  • Haha, I've definitely seen some similarities, with some of the posters displayed in the game and for what it fights against. If game developers actually did start focusing on creating types of graphic novels as their ultimate goal, that would be fantastic. Who knows... maybe the next generation might be assigned to play a…
  • I remember the short trend of getting into MapleStory on inksandwich, but I better remember the specific gunbound thread and various screenshots of the game. EDIT: DI, your post made me laugh!
  • I've been playing Bioshock whenever I'm at my boyfriend's computer, I think it's a really interesting story line. Not very in depth, and I dunno if it's my ADD during video games, but having to listen and explore at the same time doesn't do well for me. Ocarina of Time's story line had me really interested, as well as…
  • Haha, no, I actually stopped myself from downloading anything. As I told NoLonger, I have developed a paranoia of downloading too many things ever since I got my lappy, since I'm convinced that it will EXPLODE if I do too much. My boyfriend convinced me that this was silly for long enough to download the Sims 2 for me and…
  • I just signed up... I'm going to regret this, aren't I?
  • I have also never been to 4Chan... I've never really been that curious, either!
  • I tried to stay away from all things related to Pokemon while it was a huge craze way back when, and managed to stay away until Silver and Gold were the popular games. It started becoming less popular from then on, so I didn't get too hooked-- but MAN those games were fun. I'm tempted to go out and buy the rest of the…
  • Happy birthday :)
  • I've only had like 3 types of beers... Corona Light, Coors Light, and some weird brand of beer I had at a hostel I was in in.... Madrid. Corona is awesome. The few swigs I had of Jack Daniels whiskey was way better though. And Adam, I know TONS of people who started drinking before 16, haha. I tried the Corona when I was…
  • Get a kitty!! Or a puppy, that will ALWAYS stay a puppy and never turn into a dog. I was with someone once who said that whenever he mentioned that someone's dog had puppies, every girl within earshot said "AWWWWWWW!!!", and then some guys. We figured it's an awesome pickup line. Guy: "I just got a kitten!" Girl: "Awww let…
  • Happy birthday!!! I don't drink, but I do appreciate reading drunk posts.
  • I remember when I was proud of getting a BMI of 18..... ohhhh the good ol' days. Borderline anorexia was such a welcomed 'problem.'
  • I think that's what my dad is afraid would happen, that I'd go all the way through with it and then figure out that I don't actually like teaching. Which would suck! But I really don't think I would hate teaching... every time I've been in front of a class I've just felt good about it, surely that must be SOME indicator. I…
  • And don't you know, Walmarts are the hang-out places for smaller towns. I've heard of towns having singles night at Walmart! The perfect place to leave a cute little kid who needs to be adopted! [/sarcasm]
  • Eh. I guess I have more sympathy for her. I think it's just a shitty situation all around. I'd rather her abandon him and him live a good life with another family, than him gradually learning how much of a failure his life is while trapped in poverty with his hopeless mother. I'm sure that's exactly what she was thinking,…
  • I dunno about messed up, but that's really sad. That poor mother! I thought you could drop off a baby at a police station or at a library and no questions would be asked, it would serve as a drop off place if you really can't afford to take care of the child. Then again I thought it was only for newborn babies, basically…
  • Do you mean a circumcised penis? In any case, I don't know any guy who would want to undergo surgery involving their manparts after they've realized how valuable it is to them. The idea of SHAVING is too scary for a bunch of guys I know, because a razor that close to their member is too much of a risk for their manliness.…
  • Wow. I've been growing up with their commercials, but I've never seen anything like that. EDIT: Nevermind, I just asked my mom if she'd seen that commercial and she said she had. Lawlz.

  • Haha, I don't know if it was the WORST movie ever, but it was pretty stupid. Not even worth making fun of. Extremely disappointing.

  • I've been using Safari ever since I got my macbook pro, before on my windows I was using Mozilla. Both have nice little benefits, but I don't think I pay enough attention to have an actual preference on either of them.
  • I saw it the other day, thinking "Hey, the trailer looks pretty good, and if it's with friends I would be interested in checking out the movie!" Sadly, I was mistaken. It was laaaame! Other than that, I'm doing great, no job and I sit at home figuring out what I need to do.

  • Whenever I played D&D, the dungeon master would call rolling a one an "epic fail," and the unfortunate person would have to roll again in order to see if they could redeem it. I nearly got a flaming arrow to the head from one of my teammates that way, but he rolled a 20 his second roll so he completely misfired from his…
  • Fan of Steinbeck?
  • I was looking up undergrad programs for UT last night, and wrote down a bunch of classes I would need for being a math major. They even have a plan for Math majors that prepares for a teaching certification, with educational psych and classes like that. I think thats what I'm going to aim for... I do like psychology, but I…
  • I bet you'd love D&D if you were playing with someone experienced as a DM. When I started off playing I had no freaking idea what was going on, and was just following instructions as people gave them to me. It took me a while to get into it, but with the right crowd it can be hilarious/enthralling. Maybe you'll find a…

  • When you say 'got,' do you mean you were PAID 7 hours of overtime, or you WORKED 7 hours of overtime? That's a whole lot of overtime for one night :(
