  • I hear they use leaves as currency.
  • They do have Subway in Japan, but they're not that common. I know of one in downtown Osaka, but that's it. I've seen maybe one or two others floating around in big cities, but yeah. I haven't eaten in one here, mainly because the lines are always really long. They don't seem to screw up sandwiches from what I've seen. As…

  • I mentioned the other day that Japan sucks at pizza. Here is proof. Pardon the low quality, it was taken with my cell phone at a local restaurant where I was studying and abusing the free refills on drinks. It's a bit hard to read, but here's what's on them. Family special: Shrimp, egg, sausage, salami Mayo Corn:…

  • That's got a really good ring to it. Holy Shiva.
  • You know what makes everyone get along and be happy? Kittens.
  • Piece of man's skull falls off, draws crowds
  • Well, there's a fine line between making the occasional typo, and trying to type a post with your face. For example: Okay: I thought Sheik was pretty badass in thsi comic. Typing too fast, the s and i in the word 'this' got mixed up. No reason to throw a fit, as everybody does this. Not okay: wyhs u gotta haitin miscent…
  • Is the coin biological, or is a cultural accessory to all Meowths at a young age, like lip discs are to those African tribes?
  • They are fun and colorful devices. And that hamburger sounds really damned good, geoko. I am going to make that for myself as soon as I can.

  • Melted Jhonnycake, you are my hero.
  • I don't agree with the evolution comic. There is another side to the evolution debate, and the readers of the Orange Belt Forums have a right to hear it. Then they can make their own decisions. ...ahem. All that aside, as I think I've said before, I love your art style. It's very colorful, but it's not distracting at all.…
  • I think it looks great! The tongue kind of scares me, and it's not something I'd like to meet in a dark alley. But I like it.

  • As I said before, space your dialogue evenly in your dialogue bubbles. In the first half, all of your dialogue is off to the left of your speech bubbles. The last Kirby line is centered, but there's too much empty space on either side. Make the dialogue fit in the dialogue bubbles nicely. Otherwise, it will look like you…
  • Sometimes, the Japanese fuck up their food (corn, mayonaisse, shrimp all together on pizza). Sometimes, however, they excel, like with Melon bread. It's sweet and bready, assuming the word bread can function as an adjective. As a matter of fact, I'm about to eat it right now, as I have some leftover that I didn't eat at…

  • That Kobayashi is something else. I've seen him and some Japanese girl smaller than him clean up at Coney Island on TV before. Damn those people and their fast metabolisms!
  • You know, a lot of those episodes used to be found at Yoshilore.com. However, the site doesn't seem to be working right now. I haven't been there in months, so it could be dead. Kids these days don't know what they're missing.
  • That's a pretty dangerous salad.

  • Well, the Miscreant at least got a nice Linkpillow to cushion his fall.
  • Try writing the text first, and then creating the dialogue bubbles afterwards. It'll look nicer if your dialogue fits in the bubbles evenly.
  • ...thus marking the end of humanity.
  • Ants on stilts are just all sorts of awesome.
  • I had melon flavored bread for lunch. There's a breadstore near my school that makes awesome bread. It's impossible to walk in the store and not buy anything.

  • Well, there are technically caps as to how much money they are allowed to accept from any particular group, I believe, but of course there are loopholes employed. But yes. It's wonderful that the taxes we pay go to geniuses like him.
  • Takoyaki is quite good, if it's not so hot that it burns your mouth. I'm about to go downstairs and have some fruit for breakfast. And Melted Jhonnycake, your avatar makes me cry. And cringe.

  • There are plenty of people against Net Neutrality who are well educated and have very strong arguments. While I am personally for Neutrality, I can respect those on the other side who have done their homework. This guy is obviously just voting one way because a certain financial contributor to his campaign wants him to. I…
  • Actually, it apparently has a slightly negative effect for people who know they are being prayed for. Maybe because they think the end is near? So, if someone you don't like is in the hospital, pray for their health, and make sure they know it.
  • I too have never seen this in its entirety. I had seen this scene, though. "Well she turned me into a newt!" "...a newt?" "...I got better." Gold.
  • Pepsi Next is horrible, if anyone's tried it. Don't bother.
