As I said before, space your dialogue evenly in your dialogue bubbles. In the first half, all of your dialogue is off to the left of your speech bubbles. Actually, it apparently has a slightly negative effect for people who know they are being prayed for. Maybe because they think the end is near? So, if someone you don't like is in the hospital, pray for their health, and make sure they know it.
