I had trouble against him too at first, because I was unprepared for fighting anything steel element (was cleaning up with Staravia beforehand). So, I went back, grabbed my Ponyta, and Fire Blast'ed him away. His drain punch was annoying, though. It seemed to heal a lot of HP.

PSP version was okay. The music was still good, and that's very important. However, the controls were crappy, and the maps were very repetitive, so I guess that's the price you pay for portable Katamari. It still kept me entertained.

I just keep the watch open myself. I too love exploring a new world with new Pokemon. It's fun not knowing where certain pokemon are, whether they evolve or not, if they evolve by normal levels or other means, etc.
