When my uncle owned this sports place/arcade, he made all the vending machines give dollar coins as change. Nobody wanted dollar coins, so they were forced to buy something else to get rid of them. The Mario Mix Story Mode only goes up to the second-highest difficulty. The hardest difficulty is locked until you beat the second-hardest in Free Play. However, you can't unlock a harder Story Mode. Believe me, I've tried.

I was drawing more of those weasel guys that are seen directly to the left, and messed up so I crossed them out. Look closely, you can see the shape.

Mario Mix was awesome. Sure, it doesn't get up past about seven-foot level too often, and the perfect window is GIGANTIC, but when you turn Mush Mode on, some of those songs get pretty challenging. If it had had Edit Mode, it probably would've been one of my favorites. I guess I'll just have to stick to making ultra-hard…

In the options menu there's an All Music mode. I think it's there from the start, but you may have to unlock everything first.
