  • Funny thing that... I decided to reorganize the website's file structure on the backend, and while it makes the directories much more orderly, it also completely breaks the random brew script. So I'm rewriting the script and moving everything to the new file system! So short answer, right now the randomizer only does Brew…
  • Added Kool-Aid Man and Doc Louis to the cast, along with new entries for Him-Guy, Urge and President Phone-Head Man. Because updates, man!
  • The important thing is that Portal 2 still supports local multiplayer.
  • I think the game developers probably believe that if the close friends are physically present, they can play on a single console. I get the appeal of LAN gaming since you each get your own screen and pimped out hardware, but it's much easier to just buy a single copy of a game and hook up however many controllers you need.
  • Update: my meager initial steps have not appeared to bear fruit, so I'm bangin' it up a notch. From now on, CC your panels to me instead of Geoff. If Geoff wants to take the reins again I'll give it to him in a second, but in the interest of finishing the Brews and maybe starting some new ones, I'm hijacking this thing. If…

  • Apple Cow's dapper chapeau could not hope to compete with that sombrero.
  • Oh god
  • I see my spambot-vetting method as a Turing Test. The first spambot to get through will be granted full personhood and posting rights on this forum.
  • My ultimate solution for the spambot problem is to moderate all incoming users before they can post. Since we don't really get any new users here nowadays I don't think it'll be an issue, but if any of you refer your friends to stop by, send me a PM with their username and I'll make sure they get through. Beyond that, my…
  • Rarely does a day go by that I don't hum a Yoshi's Island tune at least once.
  • Theoretically it's not difficult to cut off Brews and publish them, though they do tend to have better endings when the brewer knows they're making the last panel. Practically speaking, it's difficult for me to get Geoff to gather up the collected panels and actually do it. >__< I'm hoping to sit down with Geoff soon and…
  • Yeah, I mean, that's some pretty good witches' brew, y'know, if you're into that sort of thing. Personally I opt for the misspelled Witch's Brew, but hey, more power to you! Full image for posterity and also I had fun putting it together and want people to see the whole thing: Five Mario Points to whoever can figure out…

  • This is why I don't politick anymore. Now I just focus on special interests and the track records of the specific candidates. What worries me is how things like "protection of First Amendment rights" are quickly becoming a special interest. :/
  • Everyone knows if you say something enough times, people will agree with/purchase it.
  • Favorite thread.
  • I'm not seeing the downside.
  • I can tell I wasn't fast enough to delete the spambots when people start having conversations with them. :P
  • I can think of no better way to reign in the last year ever. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4G1L8lV6LQ
  • I think you're too late to get in on the ground floor for the new millennium. And also the new Willennium.
  • *curls up in corner weeping* Oh wait, I can fix this. *fixes this* *curls up in corner cheering*
  • I hope to one day be included on this list! Or alternatively, use this list as inspiration for my serial axe-murdering spree.
  • That gets half credit.
  • James-uary. I don't know anyone named James.
  • My New Year's celemabrations went surprisingly well. Got to hang out with lots of good friends and imbibe lots of good beverages. We all went out to Denny's for the annual Nothing Else Is Open meal. And I got to kiss a lady I like. Twenty-Twelve is pretty great so far you guys.
