Dean Kamen, inventor of the Segway and the iBOT wheelchair has apparently been spending the last year making a robotic prosthetic arm for DARPA. (They asked him to come up with something that could make life better for double amputees.) You have to see this thing to believe it.

    So, if you got to have a robotic arm, would you want it to have skin, or would you want it to look Terminator-style?
