The Rock, Justin Timberlake and Sean William Scott, Oh My!!!

edited October 2007 in Movies and Shows
Where can you find Dwane "The Rock" Johnson, Justin Timberlake, and Sean William Scott all in the same movie all while being directed by Richard Kelly? Here.

I mean there ---> Southland Tales (trailer)
or there ---> IMDB

I know for a fact that this movie has to be entertaining. How can it not? The Rock is in it. With his trusty sidekick Sean William Scott. And to top that, Justin Timberlake. Maybe he will dance a number for us and sing? Maybe what will win me over is Richard Kelly. is he going to try to repeat the weirdness or Donnie Darko? Looks possible. But in all seriousness, it does look at very least entertaining, maybe more. I will watch it.

Just noticed, in IMDB, it says that the movie was released at Cannes Film Festival in 2006, but it is not being released in the US till November 9th of this year. Probably nothing, but it does seem like a large gap there.

That is clearly not "The Rundown 2: This Time it Has Justin Timberlake instead of Christopher Walken, but we could probably get Christopher Walken if you really wanted."

Holy shit. It's like they reached inside my brain and pulled out all the things that I think make a perfect movie. Now all they need are the face-raping monkeys.

The "futuristic world" of 2008? Wow, they're really expecting a lot to happen in the coming year.

The trailer gave me nothing to be excited about, and considering Kelly's previous work I'm guessing that this movie will be a bunch of pretentious tripe.

As long as the music isn't EMO, pretentious tripe is what I'm all about!

Yay! is there someone else in the world who thought donnie darko was overrated? I mean, it wasn't bad.... but... people obsess over that movie, and i remember when i hadn't seen a lot of people were almost offended.

What? No Buffy mentioning? But such rapid raving about The Rock and The Timberlake?

Does that mean you guys are gay, or not gay enough?
  • edited October 2007
It depends if they're trying to stay straight or become gay.

I think it looks depressing. Donnie Darko was depressing.

Yes, Sarah Michelle Gellar is in it also, but she has nothing on the Rock. I men come on, its the Rock. If we don't like him, he will crush us. Then he will be Walking Tall all over us. But yes, I cannot complain about Buffy either.

Scientists say that the future will be even more futuristic than previously predicted!

They should have smelt what the rock was cooking, they would have got it right the first go around. Dwayne Johnson knows what's up at all times.
