He wants a $1600 Oboe for the thing?!
  • edited July 2008
Ooh, that is pretty. I want a motorcycle. But I might end up settling for an electric bicycle. Which is practically the same thing.

Double-reeds are pretty awesome, you have to admit.
  • edited July 2008
How do you get two oboes in tune?

    Shoot one

    *ba dum ching*

That is a sweet ride. Good luck! Pop some wheelies during your test drive, just to make sure everything works the way it should.

I don't have my M1 juuust yet, so Stu is going to be my test-rider. And I cannot think of anyone who knows more about bikes, so it's all good!:)

The drums are behind the oboes?

How do you make a baritone sax sound like a chainsaw?

    Add vibrato

I've got like a hundred of these, I was a band nerd in high school.

*cough cough* orchestra owns band *cough*
Wow this off-topic-ness is murdering my lungs.
  • edited July 2008
Orchestra has nothing on the antics and shenanigans of marching band.
  • edited July 2008
Lies! Orchestra has the highest concentration of randomness ever condensed into an elective class!
  • edited July 2008
    Our orchestra does anyways.

You guys should get a guitar and some Valium and join you a ROCKNROLLBAND :]

It's in good condition. Now, just lose the faring and it'll look so much prettier. Not dissing your lochness love, that's cool...but farings on bikes=ewww.

    How many cc's is it?
  • edited July 2008
Haha, Jeff, that sticker is awesome.

And I gotta say, orchestra is superior. We make higher SAT scores on average.

What is the difference between a violist and a prostitute?
-A prostitute knows more than two positions.
-Prostitutes have a better sense of rhythm.

It's not a faring, it's just a windshield we strapped onto the front

There's no way I'm riding 70/80 MPH down the highway without a windshield.

    It's a '79 Honda CB650, it is my baby.

ignore bevin, she's just jealous of you jeff. She's just pissed that someone beat her to Nessy. I mean getting an old Honda motorcycle.
  • edited July 2008
I've had it for a year and a half actually, only got it on the road in any permanent sense a couple weeks ago.
  • edited July 2008
    I'm not jealous, Geoffrey!

    You don't know me.

    Don't you judge me.

All this pandering over motor-bicycles is for naught. Cars are always superior in aesthetics. I point you to the Pagani Zonda F:

Eww, my Plymouth Duster was WAY hotter than that!!
  • edited July 2008
You think? That car, I want to make love to it's beautifulness (Which apparently is a real word).

Your bike is nice, but it just doesn't compare :)
  • edited July 2008
You're going to try and tell me that car is hotter than this? Fgallery2-7.jpg (mine was black, but you get the idea)

Sorry, I just don't see it...
  • edited July 2008
    That's far too boxy!
  • edited July 2008
    Geoff will vouch for me!

He knows; that car was hot.

I guess I'm just not into modern cars...

My brother is a mechanic and works on Bentley, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, and Astin Martins...I guess that they're nice...I just...they don't visually appeal to me...

Bevin in the duster... *droooooooooool* what were we talking about?
  • edited July 2008
Ahahahaaa, thanks Geoff, I knew you'd help me out there! ; P
