Yay for Brawl!!! Is this here to avoid off topic-ness in other threads? If so it's probably not going to do that much.

Anyways, I don't have people over here that much, so I play brawl at my friends house, however he is out of town until August 5th, so I haven't been playing it much recently.

Don't we already have several threads devoted to the general discussion of Brawl?

My Wii has been unplugged to make room for the Apple TV. I'll probably be playing it again when I move.

I recomend it. I have my wii, DVD player, and Xbox hooked up to my Orion 7" Tv!!!

Orion is the best bankrupt company ever.
    I win.

    *Ahem*

Theres some thing I've been wondering about: next to mario's name on my (Brawl) friend code list, there is a connection rating even though he hasn't actually registered me. Which leads me to wonder if I somehow played a "anyone" battle with him.

Of course the only reason I bring this up, is because I'm bored, and there's not much posting going on...

Q:What do I have to do to start some brawl talk, triple post?

    A: yes.
  • edited July 2008
    Don't triple-post.

I've kinda played Brawl out. I need to get Mario Kart. At least I keep telling myself that. I'm bound to end up in a store that sells Wii games eventually.

I REALLY want to get Mar-Wii-o Kart, but buy the time I get more non-negative money in my account it will be September, and I'll get Spore, then after that I want to get the Orange Box.

On topic, I recently changed my main character from Pit to Zelda.
I'm pretty much always Zelda unless the map is small, other wise I'll be playing Sheik, who has speed somewhat similar to Pit.

So I pretty much use them both evenly.

The concept of negative money is foreign to me. Get a job, hippy!

Well, I suppose things would change pretty fast for me if I bought a house. Or y'know, stopped being single.

    Hooray for disposable income!

I'm getting a job next summer! (I'm unsure if the exclamation point is appropriate.) Keep in mind I'm 15 though.

You're all too damn young. Go out and get jobs. Bums.

    Roy, Roy, he's our boy!

So it seems hackers have managed to put Melee's best character, Roy (:tmyk: ) into Brawl.

This would please me if I could play brawl, which I cannot because my mother sold my wii I spent ages tricking out.
  • edited July 2009
Wow, talk about determined Roy players...
  • edited July 2009
Where can I find this? Because new (old?) characters are always fun to have.
  • edited July 2009
I love how you necro-threaded this and at the same time pointed out that we used to have similar problems with Blob, haha. He's good now though :D

I never played as Roy and I do not own a wii, but that's great that they've actually managed to put Roy in Brawl. Like Carter said, that takes some freakin dedication.

I read a webcomic once that involved a lot of smash bros strips. Roy was a significant character in the comic. Then he wasn't in Brawl and the author seemed to have to try pretty hard to find reasons to bring him back into the comic.

    EDIT: Hey, I found it.

Awkward Zombie? That comic is alright. I don't read it that often, but when I do, it's usually fairly mediocre.
