Not sure why, but my GIF won't move when I put it as my avatar.

    Try linking it off of a different host instead of uploading it to the forum.

    All right, it looks like that'll work...but the file is too large...is there any easy way to make the file size smaller without shooting the quality in the heart?

    It's also not 100x100. You should do something about that.

    Needed fewer frames. I runs a bit faster, but it's reasonably small this way.
