Health Triangle [discuss]

edited January 2009 in Comics
I know, I suck at quitting the OB, but it's okay right?

That's a "S is for Sucks Dragon" arm by the way.

Oh and this thread will be where I dump cool stuff I do, so Hlavco can have something to link to. :)

There is neither a triangle nor a discussion in this thread!

Any quadrilateral can be represented as two triangles. The hypotenuse has simply been omitted.

Any convex quadrilateral can be represented as two triangles. The hypotenuse has simply been omitted.

But then it would be The Health Triangles.

EDIT: I guess there's now a discussion in this thread too, technically.

Wow, every thread eventually turns to SCIENCE! but this one's really ahead of the curve.

It really could be any number of triangles, depending on how many times existing ones are halved.

Edit: well not any number... just having one triangle is indeed impossible.

    Squares are the new triangles.

On a similar note, what does everyone think of the NEW and IMPROVED food pyramid?

Sports manifesting as bananas made me chuckle.

I don't... understand the new food pyramid. I have to get out my rulers and equations to figure out which of those food sections is bigger than the next, and they don't even have helpful pictures!

I like the new one better, but It seams strange to me how milk is the biggest (or very close) section.

There's no point to the new one even being a pyramid! They could have conveyed the same information with a simple bar!

EDIT: Of course, the cool countries let you make your own food guide.

I agree with that. Why is it still a pyramid? The added a person climbing stairs on the side, but that hangs off the side like an afterthought.
