    I thoroughly enjoyed the nachos, but that may be because of the gross lack of Mexican food in China. Seriously, I have to travel 30 minutes by taxi or 90 minutes by public bus just to go buy cheese.

    The Chinese are suspicious of cheese. They can't allow too much of that kind of power to fall into the hads of the peasants.

    I've had Chinese friends at my house before while I was cooking foods with cheese. They thought eating shredded cheese was disgusting. So sad :(

    But every country is like that. I'd love it if more stores in the US sold bamboo. Yummy.
