Babies are not such great birthday presents, but those smiles are awfully cute.

    Enjoy your birthdays, guys!

DAMMIT, I still have no funny pictures... Well, now I have motivation to draw something... We'll see if anything happens though, I might never get around to it...

Thanks dudes, and dudettes. I'm not sure that Ryan's image is too accurate... I mean, the Roman Colosseum has almost 2000 years and it hasn't collapsed (entirely) yet, why would modern buildings erected with modern building techniques collapse after only 200 years?

Agreed. They'd just become over grown. No collapsing... good idea for drawing though...

Happy belated birthday, Bruce! You are my favorite British person who happens to share my birthday.

Here's what you always wanted: a leprechaun dog! And a hot dog!

We spend the time to restore it, we don't let it rot.

Yeah, but there's a difference between 'wood and stone,' and 'concrete and steel.' There's also a difference between 'well built at the birth of artsy architecture and engineering,' and 'architecturally infallible short of a bomb or an Airbus.'

The timeline was also talking about what would happen after man had... gone extinct? If humans were for some reason to disappear, that's supposedly what would happen. No fixing any buildings.

Yeah but I'm pretty sure at least SOME buildings would last more than that. None come to mind right now, but I know I've heard of archaeological sites and buildings from hundreds of years ago that have been found still standing after not having been visited or restored by humans for a LONG time.
