Of course, Coolio says that he's a good cook, specializing in enchiladas, spaghetti and egg rolls, and though self-taught, it is entirely possible that he has a few genuine tips to share with the television audience.
Because spaghetti apparently is difficult to make. Of course, I might be too harsh, since it's possible that he actually makes his own sauce and noodles from scratch.
Hey, at least Coolio's panoply of munchies sound very multicultural.
...My least favorite Food Network chef is Giada DeLaurentis. I'm remembering this episode wherein she makes a regular cheesecake, but uses mascarpone instead of cream cheese in order to make the damn thing appear to be Italian. Come ON, lady. If you want to make a cheesecake, go ahead, but quit trying to fool us.
Also, they film her with a special lens to make her head look larger in proportion to her body. I don't know why. Superskinny is not a look I trust in chefs.

That's exactly what I thought when I read that. You know what Coolio? I make my own spaghetti too. I boil a package of spaghetti noodles (sometimes I decide to be fancy and do elbow macaroni JUST FOR KICKS) and then I pour a jar of Ragu on it. YUM.

They could even have strippers there too!
