I remember last year we had a thread to collect all the funnies on the internet we found that were pranks for April Fools' Day. I haven't been looking too hard, but Google was very easy to find. Topeka, Kansas wants to change it's name to Google? Then Google's going to change its name to Topeka!

Post more of these whenever you come across them while browsing today, I'm sure there will be a lot!

The Economist's joke this year was on "peak olive oil". I had a good laugh, but unless you're interested in global warming debate, sustainable energy issues, and European geopolitical dynamics, you may not care that much.
