    You're missing a major problem with this situation though.

    The further into the future we get, the close we are to a robot/AI apocalypse.

    And if that happens before a zombie apocalypse manages to get started, I'm going to be seriously pissed off.

    I suppose your extensive preparation for zombie apocalypse would have no relevance if SkyNet ended up being our downfall. Shotguns seem relatively ineffective against malicious computer programs.

    I'm just going to assume, that with all the examples of said robot apocalypse: movies, books, comics, all that jazz; that scientists will put in SERIOUS counter measures or just not create said super powerful robots at all.

    With all the techno-fetishists out there, it's only a matter of time before the repressed sex-bots turn on us and destroy us all with their real-feel action.
