I never even tried to play ANY of those games, so I know rather little about them, but I am amused by your dancing guy who I presume is some sort of alien guy.

Eh, I'm personally not getting it till it's a bit cheaper. And that's if I decide I can deal with Origin (Which all depends on a close reading of their EULA). But yay for all the people that can play it I guess?

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go avoid the internet so I don't happen upon any spoilers for the next 6 months.

Same here. My -pathy toward the series is strictly of the "a-" variety.

All the more reason to avoid it. I don't want to catch Space AIDS.

As a former student of Space College (In Space), I can tell you that alien sex isn't all it's cracked up to be. Or so I heard. I could never tell if there were aliens there or if we were just on a space station or something. All I know is that zero gravity sex is very difficult.

Which is why the ships all have simulated gravity.

Easily overcome with a bungee chord and a couple of harnesses. Or you could probably make do with even one foot anchored to the side of the room. And then one partner could be easily spun any way you need. I think zero gravity sex has some awesome potential. I need a spaceship and a volunteer. We must test this, For SCIENCE!
