As they might say in Firefly, "shiny"!

    I concur.

    Huzzah for shininess.

You need lens flares. Mad lens flares. Also, Bub's freaked out expression brings me joy.

Good job figuring out a way around the Light Arrows, by the way. You're a shrewd little God from the Machine, aren't you?

Heh, in all honesty though, it's a simple yet effective way of explaining things. Even without knowing who or what he is, knowing he's not made of pure Darkness is good enough explanation for me. ^^

the only reason they didn't work was because Navi wasn't hovering over him and saying "Look! Listen!".

I was enjoying this comic for the Miscreant being so cool, not like senor Cartage, it was a different kind of cool. Then, Bub said, "Nah, I'm cool" and I laughed and it was awesome.

By the way, the best way to end statments is by saying, "...and it was awesome." This is especially true when not wanting to finish your statement with an effect of said statement... or if nothing significant happened.

I seriously stared at the shiney aura around Pit for about 15 seconds trying to figure out if it was animated or not. It was THAT shiney.

Yeah, the light against the back wall is a nice touch.

Curse you Mario, that was interesting enough it caused me to register!

So uh, even if Miscreant isn't pure evil, isn't he still trying to kill the heroes? Doesn't that at least make him sort of evil and thus still effectable by the light arrows? Unless you wanna say that, like, they've lost their hero liscense through stupidity or something.

Yeah, the light against the back wall is a nice touch.

    Simple, but effective.

All this suspense. I see an anti-climax on the horizon.

yeah, samus will probably finally get out of that house she got kicked into, and come kill or freeze the miscreant
  • edited April 2006
Well what is zelda comic if not just a massive string of anti-climactic resolutions?
  • edited April 2006
Samus already got out of that house! That "Samus being kicked into the house" plot point was hella resolved!

You say he fails at life, but what you really mean is he fails Zelda Comic history 101.

Just wanted to clear that up.
  • edited April 2006
Your clearing up was wholly unnecessary.

Yeah, you made Heaven and Earth pretty well, but when it came time to actually populate the place, you kinda stumbled a bit.

Oh well, just gotta pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and try again.
