Guess what? 6/7/06 is also a once in a lifetime event!

Every day is a day to party.

yeah, that challenge is just killing you, isnt it melted jhonnycake?
technically, its not a once in a lifetime event if your born the right date and live to be 100 or more.

You gotta love the human ability to read deep meaning into meaningless patterns. Hooray for pareidolia!

    Doilies paragliding where now?
  • edited June 2006
I was really hoping that would be a link to some sort of extreme paragliding doily crafter site.

    I was disappointed, Mario.

I don't get to decide the degree of awesome a word's definition gets! I can only tell it like it is!

According to some sources, the bible was mistranslated, and the true number is actually 616, thus you either see it as the sixth of january 2006, or June 2016.

    Or five days ago.

Damn your American dates and their reversal of day and month compared to British dates!
  • edited June 2006
    Hahaha! Month, Day, Year FTW!

    DAY/MONTH/YEAR FTW!

    Stardates FTW!

    Stardates? Oh don't go there!

I'm actually having a damned time trying to think of significant "sixes" for my dedication LJ.

So far I only have "Six" off of Blossom, and I have to find some way to graphically depict "six degrees of separation from Kevin Bacon". Without photoshop.

Five Day was so much easier.

If you need "six degrees of separation" without Photoshop, why not just have a photo of each actor? Then inbetween each actor, have a still from the movie they both appeared in (or maybe the movie poster if they never appeared on-screen together).

    Six degrees of separation? What?
  • edited June 2006
It has been suggested that you can connect any actor to Kevin Bacon in less than six degrees of separation. I don't know enough about actor filmography, so I can't provide a ready example.

    EDIT: Booya.

Ah. You and wikipedia have made it all so clear now. Who is this Kevin Bacon fella?
  • edited June 2006
    You ask too many questions.
  • edited June 2006
And is that a bad thing? ;)

You could have a Clonetrooper executing Order 66. Maybe you could photoshop a Jedi robe and lightsabre on to Six from Blossom and have the Clonetrooper kill her.
  • edited June 2006
Six from Blossom was a Jedi?!?
  • edited June 2006
Yeah, Boner from Growing Pains was a Jedi too.

    Done and done. With bonus.

Cmon! Give me more ideas! Only an hour left of 6 Day!

You should check out the MC Lars song "Six Degrees of Kurt Cobain"

No antichrist, no judgment day, no devils running around, no end of the world. What a boring 6/6/6.

Somebody, somewhere, had pie and steak. It wasn't a boring 6/6/6 for them.
