    I'll stand out on this one and let someone else take it. But He's probably one of my favorite characters from the series. Although the series did get a bit 'Eh' in the second season.

    I just 'Googled' Hiei and all the pictures of him Anime and Misc. had him with his sword in his right hand. the picture isn't backwards..I think.

    He's holding it in his right hand as if he would be ready to draw it with his left, so, that is backwards. And yeah, the kanji's backwards so the whole thing must have been flipped by someone.
