Wii have good news about online wii-ing!

edited October 2006 in Games
Nintendo are to make each wii console have its own friends code which will be the same for all games.

Quite frankly, this rocks, since the DS system is somewhat cumbersome in my opinion, better to have one all-round code to remember than loads of separate ones :)

If all Wii threads are going to contain a "we" pun, I'm going to murder somebody.

Wii got MORE good news about Wii-ing online:
Don't want to go online with your Wii wirelessly? Nintendo has the solution!

Good news for people not currently in possession of (and not wanting to purchase) a wireless router o USB dongle - Nintendo are planning to release an Ethernet Kit which will allow you to simply plug-i your Wii to a network adaptor instead

And its also good news for everyone - as the more people who can connect online with their Wii the better!

    Woo for non-wireless users.

Why can't they just put a plugin on the back of the Wii? Look at how small the PStwo is and they got one on there. You can't tell me it takes much more space to put one on the Wii.

I guarantee this thing is going to cost more than a wireless router. But options are better than no options, I guess.
