    My computer/browser must just be crazy on its/their own I guess. Now Stef has hlavco's Pichu avatar. Everything else is normal for me now.

    I had a pichu avater once. Although I must say Stef's avatar does not look very Pichu-like to me. It rather makes me desire a sandwich in fact. Perhaps I should look up the recipe for an ULTIMATE SANDWICH! or whatever that was. Whatever happened to Apathy anyway? He hasn't posted since August

    Behemoth, I've been having the same issues as you since way before the update to this version of vBulletin.

    Also, it seems that the infractions thing is gone now.

    I think Jon didn't manage to get internet at his new place. I sent him an email a couple of weeks ago, and he didn't reply. Hopefully we'll see him in a few months.

    hmmmm. I think I'm gonna have to go with the "no internet" thing cause I'd like to be hopeful that he might show up again at some point. And by "show up" I mean show up alive and not as "Zombie Jon."

    Remember when Hlavco suggested that we get rid of spammers by having new members land in a group in which they can't post threads? We tried that a few times with no luck, and I realized that it is because vBulletin will alwaysdump newly registered members into the 'Registered' usergroup. So instead of a lower tier, I had to promote everyone (even Kiaka Oriosa) onto a higher tier.

    This worked fine, except that there are approximately one bajillion little things that one can do to customize a usergroup, and "Better than Registered Users" started with a lot of vB defaults like 50x50 avatars. I thought I'd gotten them, but apparently I did not. I'll go back and fix the ones you've mentioned. Let me know if there are others.

    Oh, that explains it. All the cards are gone now, AND spambots have been defeated. Bravo, Stef. :cool:
