That reminds me of the old CGA "Life and Death" game I had for my OMG teh CD-ROMz0rz! 386 back in the day. I could never successfully get the guy's appendix out, though. I think there was supposed to be an extra manual for the thing that I never got. This one was a lot easier, but it didn't give me the chance to hack people up with a scalpel.
Yep. That was a cool game. Didn't know that there was an Amiga version with slightly less crappy graphics. I should set up an Amiga emulator one of these days.
The ONLY thing I remember about the CGA Life and Death game was the AWESOME PC-speaker scream the patient would make when, uh, you cut into him without anesthetic.
