(Duplicated) Changing Thread Titles
I might become a member of the OB family. I've got a comic I've been working on for a year, and I'm probably gonna go with OB hosting. I've talked with Stef...and now really I just need my dad's permission. I'd scan in a copy of one of my comics, but my scanner isn't working right now...the comic is already 74 Episodes old and counting, and I'm almost like a hero at school ^_^. Everyone says "woah crap you should like make people pay to see that shiz lol". I'm not gonna make people pay, but that means that they are at least promising. I'm just praying to God that I can convince my dad to let me use OB hosting. I have my own money, but with a thread like "F'ed up news" (awesome thread), I don't think any parent would approve. However, as I write, I'm thinking maybe someone could chnge the thread titles that are vulgar? Or am I wasting my time by asking...o_0. I know it's a big favor, but I'd like to be able to host my comic here. I realize now that I'm sounding like a 13-year-old ruining a bunch of 20-year old guys' fun...which I may/may not be. Would you like to help me out?

Mario and I have been talking about this, and we're not comfortable changing the titles of all of the threads here. We try to keep the forum open for free expression (within certain bounds). Enforcing a PG rating would put a big burden on the community, and would make everyone hesitate before posting.
That said, we really enjoy having you here, and would be happy to try to work out some other solution. I'm going to be talking to the other moderators to get their ideas. Perhaps we could find a vB hack that installs a language or content filter for some users, and we'll tie that to an age user-category. It'll take some research.
I'm a little bit concerned, though, that you are worried about your father's response to your involvement on the forums. We like having you here, but we don't want you to get in trouble or put you in the unfair position of having to stretch the truth to your dad. If you think that hosting here isn't going to be a good fit, then maybe we should try to find your comic a home that you can be entirely upfront about. (I've heard good things about http://www.webcomicsnation.com .)
EDIT: Why does :0 make
Edit: Ope it's working now. I wonder what the deal was.
