    It was basically me saying that I don't own a Wii. You can imagine for yourself.

    The latter. It means you don't need to have wires all over the place.

    I'd recommed the adaptor, because I hear the WiFi USB adaptor is really annoying to use.

    I used it before I got wifi on my DS, and it's really easy, just install the software, and authorise the wii to connect, and it's fine after that.

    You can probably get a wireless router cheaper. I don't know how much the dongle costs, but that's my impression.

    The Wii dongle is affordable, the X-box one is not.

    Over here we just moved the wireless router by the X-box and bought wireless cards for the computers that needed them, it was cheaper.
