Wasn't that a sprite version of another flash video? It seemed to have the same kind of style to it, but I can't remember what the video was called. It had anime cat-things in it though.

Yeah. The flash that was based off was called Nightmare City - Catastrophe. It was apparently pretty popular in Japan.
