I can't find the old thread I made about Demetri Martin, so I'm making one now. Basically, I want you all to know he has a stand up special on Comedy Central tonight at 10 p. m. EST, 9 CST. I don't know about Mountain or Pacific (or if it's even on in anyplace outside of America.)

As for me, I hope I can stay up to watch the stand up tonight. He seems ot be a new kind of comedian, fairly different from the race-jokesters out there. Now, he hasn't been that funny as far as I've seen, but then again I've only seem him on TDS, so I have no idea what his act will consist of.

He had a stand up special I caught about a year ago. Actually, compared to the clips I just saw on Comedy Central of this new act, the old one seemed a bit better. So I'm going to be approaching it with a bit of reticence.

Demetri Martin is the win. It's things like his show that make me wish I had cable sometimes, or that I checked that I had checked the forums on sunday so that I could bug my friends until they taped it for me.
