I don't remember how I got it, but I know it was within the last two years... pretty great find, what a fantastic game. Just wish that I had kept the copy with the box and everything that I got when it first came out. Ah childhood...so many games I lost that are now extremely rare finds. *cry*
I like that idea a lot, it would be cool to see other people's gaming setup. And Serephel might have those two games... I'm not sure. We just don't have room to set up all the systems we could...but even if he had them in plastic form, isn't there something about having them on your Wii that just screams awesome? Sure it's just Nintendo working their "give us all your money" spell, but still...
I just cleaned up my gaming area recently to make room for a Wii and an NES. After I get one or both and untangle the mass of cords, I'll try to get a picture.
Your room may be cool, but you got Legend of Zelda and Link to the Past on VC! You don't actually own them!
Actually, I've owned it twice. I sold my SNES version a long time ago (Believe me, I regret it, I was naive), but I have the GBA port in my desk. The VC console was an impulse buy.
As I've said before, Nintendo is very good at making you buy stuff over and over again.
Here's my pictures. You can't quite see the TV screen, but I didn't want my reflection on it when turned off. And there are two because I have a dinky camera phone to work with.
Yep, got some mad love going for my favorite Mega Man characters (minus Axl. he came with X, so I stuck him up there too. But Axl = suck).
Just the PStwo vertical stand. Next to it is the PS2 controller, the long ass PS2 controller cord, and a Wavebird. Other side has Wii remote, nunchuck, and classic controller.
But if you mean on the next shelf down, those are cases for my games (red = PS2, blue = Wii, and gray = GameCube). Behind those are more GCN and PS2 accessories.
It is a small Target-brand DVD player. I can't put it on top of the PS2 because the PS2 has a flip-top mod (uh, that I never actually got around to using all that much dammit).
The clocks are all set to CST. Look again!
edit: and thanks! I like the sound system a lot. It was a gift from my parents!

I thought the X-Box was top-loaded. Guess not.
That's the first thing I noticed, too.
Yes! That's why I named it "gaming stations" and not "Serephel and Illithid's room."
Post away! Show off your stuff!

Here's one I just took. I didn't even clean the TV screen before taking it! Which makes me really nervous and ashamed!
Anyway, it's just a regular-people TV, with normal style furniture, but I like it okay.
What's that under the PS2?

And mjc, what is that under your PS2, I can't tell.

1026th post! Where's MY fanfare?

Also a closeup of my customised x-box; courtesy of a jar of red paint, a paintbrush and a night of heavy insomnia.
You know, there's an Insomniac's Submersible in General Discussion, can we request contents of the sleeping bag in that thread?
That's quite the messy room, and quite the red Xbox. You have a lot of games too.
And, nice Cartman.
