Well the first step is admitting you have a problem, good job. Now you can move on to the second step, solving that problem forever. Maybe if I were less lazy I'd make up new steps.
The second step is getting a PC so the game can always crash on you and you won't be able to play it.
Of course, you'll find that a PC doesn't crash all the time and you can still play the game, and therefore give up on trying to convert peopel to macism. You'll still need to find another way to cure your game addiction, though.
That doesn't stop him from turning any conversation I have with him into how much I need to get a mac, like he's some kind of mac missionary. But I'm sorry if I offended the true spirit of the mac by mistaking Night Lord by what you refer to as the "mac faithful." I just want him to shut up about it, much like you want me to shut up right now.
Hey Night Lord! Let's both agree to shut up about macs, starting now.
So, are you ever going to tell us what "Gmod 10" is?
Gmod 10 is probably the most popular mod for HL2, which is a sandbox mode, that lets you mess with the physics. For example, I made a cannon, filled with watermelons and got some people on the server to sit in it, and fired them into the air. (I'll post a video of it later)
PS: My mac zealotry is usually a form of hyperbole. Although I prefer OS X, I accept some people like Windows. Hope that clears some things up.
When it comes to maciness, I never run around converting people to Macs. I like Macs better than PCs. This doesn't stop me from using PCs though. I mean, I enjoy the fact that noone bothers us with viruses. I hate those commercials, though, since they really make us come off as trendy and pretentious, when most of us are people who want the basics out of computers without being bothered by viruses and crashes. Although, those commercials might be the key to keep the numbers of Mac users low, so that noone will want to buy our computers, and thus want to create any viruses for us.
Oh yeah, that's right. The "Right-Click" guy is a Mac user.
Also, Me want Half-Life 2 Mods! ME WANT HALF-LIFE 2 MODS NOW! Or atleast HL2 Mod videos.

What crashes? I hear all sorts of Mac crash stories too, but just like the Windows stories, I know they're really exaggerated. The only time an operating system actually crashes is if there's a serious problem going on. In other words, very rarely in Macs or PCs.
The problem with Windows isn't Windows. The problem is that Windows is expected to run all manner of poorly-written programs an shoddy hardware that barely functions. Can you really blame the OS if the power supply barely functions? Can you really blame Microsoft for the inefficient use of direct3D by a program written by some teenager and Joe Nobody's cheap, overheating off-brand graphics card? The real answer is "no", but the popular answer is "I hate Microsoft". OSX is fine and dandy, but as long as you run proper programs on good hardware that is both cooled and powered effectively Windows is pretty damn stable.
The dumpster cannon is indeed quite awesome. I do not, however, play Half-Life. I'm more of an Unreal guy. Now the real trick is to make your own mods. If I wanted to make a level that normally contained a huge cannon that could launch people I could and have in unreal tournament (it's easy and often done). A huge gun that shoots large cannonballs that richochet off walls? Done. The cannonbals were quite amusing because they would not harm the person who fired them, but instead impart a huge amount of force to them. Firing straight down while jumping was always a joy. I still envy my friend for his creation of a Doppleganger's Sniper Rifle. It had potential to really mess with people in team games. The telekinesis weapon was simply great as well. Ever just wat to grab someone off in the distance and give them a toss? He and I spent more time playing with the editor than we did with the game.
I must say that the prospects of modding something like HL2 is amusing considering the physics of the game.
But, that's the benefit of macs. The OS doesn't need to be prepared to handle millions of different hardware configurations, just for the mac models.
That sounds more like a limitation to me. And like X'o'Lore said, Windows can't be prepared for a computer with a shoddy piece of hardware in it. You can write the most perfect operating system in the universe, but if your computer has a shoddy power supply or a bad motherboard, it's not going to run properly.

AND I'M AN OLD GUY, BECAUSE ONLY OLD PEOPLE USE PCS.
Also, GMod is a program that you can use to have the HalfLife character G-Man run around and go all splody.

Cannon!
Then I ask again, please stop harrassing me about it. I likes my Windows.

Now, back to GMod (and no more talking of macs vs. pc):
I made a MEGA-canon, which was really cool, shot stuff incredibly far into the air.
