Ya gotta EARN your birthday thread! By... uh, I dunno. I didn't get one last year, so I don't think I've done it. Hmm.
...what could this secret method be? *ponders*

    Happy Birthday

But God always existed! Thus, he has no birthday!

    What?

I don't know where to get a funny photo, so I don't have one.

    Happy birthday, though.

    Happy birthday.

On surrogates, they are very quick learners and can mimic a variety of sounds but their memories are so short that members of the tribe are killed when they return from hunting if they have been gone for too long.

    Um, happy birthday.
Let's see....Ah! this looks pretty random!

My cousin had a copy of the Monopoly CD-ROM game! It takes away some of the charm of the board game (like, there's no banker lording his money-handling powers over the other players), but there was an "Allow Cheating" option, so that's always fun.

You know how to cheat in the Monopoly CD-ROM game? I've always wondered how to do that! Tell me! Tell me now!!!

With magic! or SCIENCE! Since they're both pretty much the same thing anyway
  • edited February 2006
Any sufficiently advanced magic is indistinguishable from science.

like jesus's magic powers from the family guy movie?

There was a Family Guy movie?
  • edited February 2006
    I got to see that

Ok, I don't know what crazy drugs you've been taking but magic and SCIENCE! are completely different things.

SCIENCE! being far awesomer for starters.
  • edited February 2006
However, if magic really existed, would SCIENCE! not be our best method of learning about it?
  • edited February 2006
You wouldn't need to bother. You already have SCIENCE!

As I recall, it was a checkbox option in the game's preferences. And also good times.

    SCIENCE! is also harder. Methinks.
  • edited February 2006
I dunno. It's probably pretty hard to track down eye of newt and such.
  • edited February 2006
Not really, all you need is a newt, and some eye-removing tools. Bezoars, however are a completely different thing
  • edited February 2006
Maybe, but SCIENCE! requires things like... MATH! That's just too many capitals for one to bear.

Or you could just light Pop-Tarts on fire.

EDIT: Hmm. Second same-time-post with Kukopanki tonight. Coincidence? I think YES!
  • edited February 2006
    You same-time poster you

SCIENCE! only requires an enquiring mind and lots of armour plating.

And if you don't mind about innocent bystanders, you don't even need the armour plating.

I guess I was confusing SCIENCE! with ...science. I'm sorry.
