Scott McCloud Comic Book Tour!

Hey folks!

I found out in the Sunday paper that Scott McCloud, the author of Making Comics, is making some appearances in WV and all across the states.

I’m slight annoyed I didn’t know about this earlier to switch my work dates around, but I plan to go to his lecture. There is a book signing and such afterwards. I was wondering if it ‘d be a good idea for me to make a business card with the Orange Belt’s web address(with a listing of the web comics featured here) and give that to him. How does that sound?

    Good idea, but I suspect he'd discard it, most "famous" people do

    Are you sure you'd even be able to gain an audience with the self proclaimed King of All Webcomics?

    You don't want to be 'that guy,' just enjoy the lecture.

    Update: I decided not to go to the lecture after some thought. Sorry to disappoint.

    And yeah the business card was just a brief thought,heh.

    On the upside, I am going to use to this time to work on my own comic artwork and read some comics. :D
