I know I said I wouldn't post about every little Brawl update, but...

I guess I'm an asshole. Icicle Mountain is one of my favorite levels.

I won't hold it against you. At least you're honest.

I think they took too much inspiration from Wild World. Gracie's fancy car was much fancier in the original. Also, they got a little leaf symbol up there and everything... is there gonna be an Animal Crossing character? Most of the main ones are up there, except.... Blathers! ...and some others.

Some of the generic villagers are cooler, though. Bliss the squirrel is my personal fave, but I'm pretty sure she's only in the original AC while this is mostly Wild World.

awwww... you guys can get it for each other! and that way none of us have to get either of you anything! (although I do owe mario for that bible game... oh i'll get you back. be afraid.)

It comes out 3 days before my birthday, so I'll be getting it myself.

My parents don't buy video games for me anyway.

I'm actually not waiting for Christmas, this game's MINE the day it comes out!

I think this actually suggests that there won't be an Animal Crossing character in the game. They would have announced the character before the stage, as they have done before with each character. And the stage seems to contain the majority of the Animal Crossing characters anyway.

    that it does, hey-okay.

Geez Mario, you sound like one boring smasher. The team goes through all the trouble of making these awesome items and rockin' stages and you immediately disable them all and play on final destination. I bet you turn off B moves too!

Why would you turn off B moves? Without B moves, there's nothing terribly interesting or distinct about individual characters.

I don't mean to say that I never play with items or only play at Final Destination, but I do consider those game modes to be a lot more fun when playing with skilled opponents.

Ah, but it shows the leaf-thing! It would be the smash logo if there wasn't an AC character.

Also, I think items, fancy stages, and B moves are all awesome, no matter what anyone else says.

That is an interesting point, but I don't think that it necessarily means there will be an AC character. The level is still from the AC universe, so it would make sense to include the leaf.

I wonder what the one-player mode's gonna be like in this one.

Also, going by the pattern, I'd say we're due for a Super Mario Bros. 3 level.
