And old ladies being put in tumble-driers. Now that was funny.

If you ever want to see a criminal get beat down with his own arm after it has been ripped from his body, this is the movie for you.
-
That's awesome. Finally a use for diet coke.
-
Jimmy Wonderpants and Frisbee.
-
Yeah, that whole pun thing was kinda retarded. I think that it was made up for later though, after they came through the ceiling into the kitchen: "Where's Spoon?" "There is no Spoon" Quality dialogue.

I was under the impression that she wasn't a part of the family, but having survived the werewolfing attack, was adopted into it. And that was why she wanted to get out.
-
I don't bother make the threads because it tends to be only me who has watched the movie at that point. And contrary to popular belief, I don't like talking to myself. But, yeah, the competence was an awesome factor of the film. I particularly enjoyed Spoon beating the crap out of a werewolf using, well, a kitchen and…

I'd just ban this retard.
-
Pfft. Sephiroth is way hotter than Link. I mean... HETEROSEXUAL MANLY THINGS.
-
Yours could probably be accounted for because of your 'strikeout' name.
-
You'd want to avoid getting people's hope up I reckon. They're running a society that knows about its own decline, showing them the world that they've been denied would probably cause even more unrest. I mean, you'd have the old guard saying "you screwed up the Earth *rabble rabble rabble*" and the new kids going "The…

Got to get the green somehow! Plus people killing themselves means that there are less people clamoring for the green. It's quite a neat little system.
-
You mean the suicidatorium? Voluntary death doesn't count as slaughtering people for food. That's just making sure that nothing goes to waste.
-
Nah, they only soylentify the already dead. Otherwise the whole 'breeding us like cattle' thing would be in effect.
-
That's the one. Enforcing library rules with extreme prejudice!
-
Dystopian future: Excellently portrayed. The people as furniture/books and food all kinda tied in nicely. Especially when you see how little they have in the way of actual resources. I mean, the police badge looked like it was made of cardboard. But you really have to wonder about their policies on crowd-control.…

It's true. Somebody link that crazy comic that had the full-action librarians. That was awesome.
-
I think we need pictures for comparison.
-
I dunno. That's an impressive level of self pickling right there.
-
You've got to love a case design that can be rolled down a hill, too.
-
Truly bizarre. I am intrigued by the concept of a pet hinge though.
-
Haha. That's a role reversal. Since when do I have the diplomatic answer and Mario the mockery?
-
When I realised the list had filled a good six months I stopped adding to it. Remind me in six months time.
-
You definitely need a kill to score. I think it's less that there is a device that kills people and more that they were just really wussy people. I mean, they couldn't even head-butt a car in half as it tried to run them down. They obviously deserved to die.
-
Night Lord, stop being egged on by an 11 year old. It's demeaning to you, and frankly you're not doing so well anyway. Spyro, quit flaming people. You suck at it even more than Night Lord does. Settle the hell down and think before you post. Contribute something to the discussions at hand. Or, for preference, just leave…

That's some quality blog right there. Definitely not something you get to see everyday, especially not so well presented.
-
I agree with Khan, Pitch Black was totally badass. It even had Australians in it. But if you're looking for truly abysmal, you tend to need to look no further than werewolf movies. They are generally so badly made it's just sad. Although I guess that does make the good ones that much better. But still.
-
Well you could fit it into your dystopian unhappy ending needs. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Frankenstein kills the president, takes his job. Then sets up his wife-to-be and her family up with cushy government jobs and generally starts up with the power abusin'.
-
Maybe he was just kidding. After all, he did abolish it and then run a guy down in cold blood.
-
The government obviously used their weather control devices to stop the awesome.
