There is no pagoda at the kinkakuji. Unless you were referring to the structure in the image itself. Not to be too technical, but it's just a temple, not necessarily a pagoda. Those are usually taller and hexoganol. Anyway, yeah, this is the kinkakuji (a.k.a. Gold Pavillion), it's in Kyoto. near the JR Kyoto station.
