ALSO I am now downloading Mighty Max. I firmly believe this is also awesome, but I have known people who would disagree with me on this.

You actually used a title on your post. I will hold a grudge and never, ever let it go. That notwithstanding, glad to see you're among the registered!

Hey Jakey, it seems I haven't gotten around to accepting you as my friend on Facebook, I'm sorry. Facebook has enraged the Great Firewall, and I can't get to it. I can get around and visit Facebook through a proxy site, but I can't activate the friend confirm buttons. I still love you. I think this might apply to Carter…

I am racked with such hearty guffaws that in addition to rolling to and fro, my posterior has separated itself from my body.

Why do so many gay convos inevitably go back to me?

I just can't sleep anymore. I sleep on a tatami mat on my bed, with a tatami pillow. No covers, and a fan blowing on high. I've tried drinking myself to sleep, and that only works until I wake up a few hours later to go to the bathroom, and then I'm too hot again from moving to fall back asleep. Three more months of this...

Business is still a good major! You learn great skills, like how to use the knife you stuck in your friend's back simultaneously as a stepping stone up the corporate ladder! Sure, I sometimes feel a little guilty when I think about all the people I'm stepping on in my path to success, but then when I go to bed in my…

20 yuan for 20 minutes? You're getting ripped off. Traveling to China always feels epic, because it's so far away from us. You are a good thousand miles away from me, I am southwest of Shanghai. Many massage parlors are fronts for brothels. It's fairly well known, but the government and local police typically turn a blind…

She does understand, and she keeps a steady supply of kleenex on her to wipe my face with when I'm dripping too much sweat. And you are crazy for liking that suffocating feeling. Very light clothes. Shorts, sandals, light t-shirts, the works. I've only spent a few days in Beijing, but they were also quite hot and painful.…

Freakazoid is finished, and I'm enjoying it now. It's quite funny and enjoyable, even at my age. I don't think it's just nostalgia. But, sometimes they run those other non-related cartoons in the middle, as many kids shows tend to do, and those suck. I'm not a fan of those.

We already had our rainy season. The skies would go gray or black in anticipation, and we would receive rain of biblical proportions. So the humidity would always be at 100% every day, and it would be terrible. Now it's still about 100 degrees, but the humidity dropped down to 95% every day. Joy.

No, you see, that's awesome. I like that. I don't like heatstroke, sunburns, and smelling like ass all day, especially when I'm with my girlfriend, at work, or anywhere else where I prefer to smell good, or at least neutral. BUT, I will concede, beer tastes better after a hot day.

Yeah, he did.

You misspelled fail.

I found the best restaurant ever. It's a $20 all you can eat Teppanyaki (also known as Hibachi) grill. All the sushi you can eat. All the sashimi you can eat. All the oysters, clams, fish, steak, beef, and pork you can eat. All the beer you can drink. All the sake you can drink. $20.

Hey! While digging around my computer, I found I have Hellsing too. In college, I occasionally loaned out my external hard drive for people to grab whatever TV shows I had, and they'd usually repay the favor by giving me other stuff. I forgot someone gave me Hellsing for some reason. I also got the first 5 seasons of Good…

Freakazoid it is! I am downloading it now. After that, I will probably do Cowboy Bebop or Trigun.

Therein lies the problem, discussed earlier in the thread. Firearms cannot be obtained here. I'm in a city of 6.66 million people (that's not a joke), I cannot obtain firearms, and Umbrella has some sort of operations set up in the outskirts of my city. I'm totally screwed. Edit: NoLonger, that map is really awesome, and I…

Okay, I had started this thread a few months ago about a hypothetical zombie attack on my city of Hangzhou. Now, I haven't thought about it lately, but now my fears have been rekindled. I was using an online Chinese map to find a zoo, and look what I found in the goddamn outskirts of the city! It's Umbrella.

Haha, girls don't understand technology. I remember when midis were the new awesome form of music technology. I also remember Antagonist Inc, it was a great gaming network on AOL. They have been long dead since AOL lost popularity, though. They used to have hundreds of demos of games, old and new, up for download in their…

OH MY GOD remember auto-punters? They were programs designed to automatically disconnect someone off AOL! People used them to bounce annoying people out of chat rooms.

Sigh, yes. I did the a/s/l thing way too much, back when I was that age. Text based RPGs were also awesome, but I don't remember any of their names. God of remembering the old internet?
-
Ohh, I miss that book.
-
12?!?!? Why, when I was your age, I remember when the Internet was synonymous with AOL! We dialed up at 12K modem speed, and that was good! I remember the phone connecting sounds coming out of my computer whenever we connected, and I remember that we had to MONITOR our time, you know why? Because we had to pay for the…

I also am not that excited for this. Chrono Trigger is one of my favorite games, because I in my younger days used to be a time travel nut, and I loved reading both fiction and theoretical books about it. Chrono Trigger with its multiple endings was my wet dream. But, I'm tired of remakes and ports. Several years back,…

Getting medical help in a foreign country is especially unnerving, because policies and structures often differ between countries, and that is exactly what you don't want to deal with when you are sick and suffering. That really creeps me out and makes me uncomfortable. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
