So I take it you weren't able to do the paper on something that you are highly interested in?

American petrol is not the same as in Europe. I don't know specifics but I think American stuff would burn a little cleaner but doesn't produce as much power, so our fuel efficiency would inherently be a little worse. The love of large vehicles doesn't really help either. As such, we aren't necessarily a decade behind on…

That's quite an awesome post there from Bruce. I'm not entirely sure what he said, but I'm sure it's lovely.
-
That sounds shitty. ...wait, that's some sort of awful pun isn't it? ugh. Sorry.
-
$250 is bullshit. $500 really depends on what you call decent and how much you include in costs. If you are just talking a tower with no monitor/keyboard/mouse/speakers or anything and don't include an OS, you could probably make something good for older games and passable for more modern games for $500. Personally I…

At least the spambots are getting more polite and introducing themselves. Sort of.

Great. Just what we need. Now our computers will make juvenile jokes when we accidentally say something a bit suggestive.

My calender says it's May so why does it feel like December outside?
-
People are just determined to make me get netflix aren't they?
-
beats me. Lots of people have youtube channels/accounts. The pony thing...I've seen a few different game and movie trailers done like that. Mass Effect 2, Elder Scrolls V, 300. Maybe some others? I know little about the actual cartoon though. I guess it was made by the people who made powerfuff girls or something?

Hello? I usually assume new people on this forum know someone here these days. I'll assume you know someone here. And welcome and all that.

Only if the sole purpose if that Diet Coke is to spit some Mentos into to create a soda fountain. Also, sure, why not?
-
*raises hand* I don't eat it.

Mine is also the same as my name here for convenience. Though I'm not sure when I'll get around to the whole Portal 2 thing. I'm a tightwad. Getting me to spend money is like pulling teeth.

I think you draw on a page and some other server elsewhere stores it so anyone else who uses the goggles on that page will see what you wrote. It's like semi-secret graffiti. Or someone could host their own goggles server which would require a different bookmark thingy to activate the scribbles stored on THAT server. Then…

Well I could swear we had a thread of random links someplace, but I could for the life of me find it, so I'll just put this here. http://goggles.sneakygcr.net/

Munchkin Booty is the best kind of Munchkin.
-
It is that time of year isn't it?
-
Yes? Is that somehow important? I'm not sure what they used for it though. I was rather fond of the result when they used pancake mix.
-
Well I'm not selling them and I'm not in the jurisdiction of the EU so I'll call them whatever I like. They were homemade from homegrown potatoes, so what am I supposed to call them? The fish did not come from a store either.

MST3K is awesome. It began in my own state of Minnesota. I think I might be required to know about it.
-
Hmmm. Well I guess I made some cornbread today. And then we had fish and chips. When I say chips I'm sorta compromising with the British and American versions. Like french fries except in thin-sliced circles similar to chips. I'm not one to take pictures, so feh. Just imagine it or something.

I am highly unadventurous with my food. I am just pleased that there is actually a pizza place around that will actually deliver to my house.
-
Maybe he'll start taking after his uncle Ernie.
-
Well I saw it and I actually liked it quite a bit. I'm not sure I have much frame of reference to describe it, but I'd recommend it. EDIT: Well, I could probably describe it but I wouldn't want to ruin the movie for others.

This all reminds me of the first week or two of my second college. I was working a roughly full time job yet and also taking a moderate credit load. Zero personal time. Go to work, go to class, sit at home reading chapters in textbooks and doing homework. Go to bed. Repeat. I cut back my work hours after a short bit…
