  • We could quite probably have a good time. But being adults apparently means being caught up in day-to-day stuff that doesn't seem super exciting at the time and we don't get around to posting stuff.
  • I watched the whole thing and I don't know why. This is a common sort of quality on the internet.
  • I suspect it's more a formalization of what had basically happened a while ago.
  • Delays, delays delays. I feel like I've been falling out of touch with computer tech but I'm not sure it's me. Time between new upgraded products has been growing longer and process shrinkage seems to be stalling everywhere. Whole families of graphics cards coming out all at once just doesn't happen anymore. Intel released…
  • I need a job too. Sad all around. And youtube has been all cruddy and like half of all videos have been giving me errors for the past few days so I can't even be an unproductive slouch properly.
  • Somebody should tell that guy on twitter that he should put a nickel in the unnecessary hyperbole jar. Don't look at me, I don't have a twitter account.
  • I'm on break between a couple quarters at school. Had a very strong job lead that kinda died on me which was a bummer, but it happens I guess. I got one more quarter left and am fast entering a "find a good job" phase as I finish out my last quarter over the next few months. For me that pretty much means it'll be one of…

  • Search is serious business! Just ask Google.
  • I was more enamored by the prospect of a competitive team shooter that provides a goal that isn't just "shoot all the other guys" or "steal their thing". If you like the looks of it too, then that's bonus. They are funny squidkids or something like that. I keep thinking of the blooper in the Zelda dress when I see them and…
  • Stupid finals week at school messing me up and making me behind on cool things. This is all making me want a WiiU but I already have stuff I want to do when I actually have free time again. I did manage to watch the Nintendo stuff sorta while I was writing a paper. I actually really like the concept of the Splatoon game,…

  • Am I going to have to get a WiiU so I can have Mario Kart? I love Mario Kart games but I never play anything else on Nintendo systems anymore.
  • Block Fort is the one battle map to rule them all.
  • That love where no words need be spoken because there is nothing left to say. Although it can sometimes be amusing to see all the typos or wonder how long it took somebody to type something if they managed to avoid the typos.
  • No much of a spoiler really. They'll never put in old tracks and actually include the unintended shortcuts and other exploits. They already have a history of including the old tracks though.
  • Oh god I played way too much Mario Kart 64. Not being able to drive into that area would be a serious disappointment indeed. It'd truly amuse me if they reintroduced some of the old N64 maps that had crazy shortcuts on them without fixing the shortcuts. Wario's Stadium or Rainbow Road and other such maps.
  • I had a copy of Wind Waker but then some kids did god only knows what with it. I could be mad but I haven't been able to get into a Zelda game in a long while.
  • Does that make me a heretic for having used a wii classic controller to play Smash Bros? Well, at least I did before that particular game got stolen/lost. (Kids with access to my Wii stuff has resulted in literally half my games being lost, destroyed, or stolen. Children are terrible human beings.)
  • No worries. I just posted it because it was funny. DOS is hardly what you'd call a robust operating system. Because the truth at the end of the day is that Every OS Sucks.
  • Forget AMD too much homework and other happenings. Have some nerd-funny: DOS is best OS.
  • I wasn't aware they had that. Perhaps I'll use it on the next paper though! The results couldn't be any less helpful than the scholarly databases the schools got us hooked up with.
  • Heh. Yeah. I got the paper written in any case. Using school databases to try and find "scholarly sources" has often been a rage-inducing disaster for me. I had actually found a paper about an experiment at one point that could have been good but the conclusion was a very politely and neutrally phrased explanation about…
  • 2:30 a.m.? Yup. Absolutely no progress on the paper I've been banging my head over all day? Yup. Watching stupid youtube videos? Pony Pantspaghetti! Somebody wanna write a short ethics paper about death? Make sure it's in exact precise APA format and include at least one scholarly source!
  • Party in Seattle? ...I'm not moving to Seattle.
  • I'd agree regarding Garfield vs Maguire. The new Spiderman is a better Spiderman, but they are a bit off with his identity as Peter. He isn't really nerdy so much as geeky. Of course it could be that the actual comics were more unrealistic about it. Any kid who had it in him to dress up in a costume and be a vigilante hero…
  • My complaints were simply that they had too many villains in Spiderman 3. It tried to set up complete origins and conclusions with 3 separate villains independently while also dealing with Spiderman's own inner conflicts and the movie came out pretty rushed as a result. I don't actually care much about the dance scene. I…
  • I went to see Amazing Spiderman 2. It's pretty good. Just putting that out there. I was worried because they had 3 villains in the trailer. That happened with Spiderman 3 before and I had correctly guessed that one would be bad because of it, but it's ok this time. No worries.
  • NOTE TO SELF: Talk about AMD more because I like being a hopeless AMD fanboy sometimes. Also, a tech company with both an x86 AND an ARM license on top of some high-grade graphics tech? Developing new products mixing all that stuff together? What is that even going to look like?
  • Step 4 is clearly the most important step. Step 6 is also required, except when it isn't.
  • Darn it I keep missing some really cool stuff. Well this isn't really a typical movie trailer but it's a thing that is pretty cool. Might have been nice to find it a bit sooner.
  • Well, I'm technically pretty close, but a couch isn't really mine offer to give so I'm not sure about it. The pitfalls of being a jobless bum I guess.
