I'd already have that game if I hadn't missplaced my PSP. :(
-
Wow. That's all kinds of suck. Sorry to hear that, Amoeba Boy. Hope nobody gets sick.
-
Right. My PHP script for comic archiving decided to have a hissy fit today, so I'll have to go re-upload everything. But here's my entry. I was going to just rip the different backgrounds, and position the characters the way I wanted so I could put text, but as I was playing, I realized how much I was enjoying not having…

Can I get a lock on this? My script for archiving had a hissy fit today, and I'll need to re-upload everything into the archive now. But there are a few things that won't go back up because I don't want to have them up anymore. That means most of the links in this topic will either be broken or link to the wrong image. I'd…

Yes! Then the Miscreant will have to turn it inside out and walk around wearing the embarassing candy-cane lining!
-
That's fucking disgusting, Night Lord. I hate remembering if I've either used a picture before, or someone else here used it and I saved it. So if this has been seen already, I apologize: Happy birthday guys!
-
That sounds more like a limitation to me. And like X'o'Lore said, Windows can't be prepared for a computer with a shoddy piece of hardware in it. You can write the most perfect operating system in the universe, but if your computer has a shoddy power supply or a bad motherboard, it's not going to run properly.
-
No thanks. I pretty much hate PC gaming in the first place because of the expansive controls they can put onto a keyboard. I can't remember all that mess.
-
Yeah, Trace Memory is very short, especially when compared to Hotel Dusk. Still pretty good, though. But just for the record, you can double-tap items in Trace Memory. One thing that annoys me about both games is that sometimes it won't let you pick something up until right when you need it, which means pointless…

They've been full-up for a week now:

Oh. I tried the AP website, since it was linked all over every article, but that came up empty. But here's a different article on the same story. Thanks for the tip. http://www.zwire.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=17781253&BRD=1675&PAG=461&dept_id=18171&rfi=6

Exactly. You can't go out and by all different kinds of computers running OSX like you can for Windows. Any Wal-Mart brand Macs? Nope.
-
He didn't. Link had his back turned to the Miscreant and was only alerted to his presence when he spoke.
-
I know, but like I said, it's not something unexpected at all. Yes, the system is fucked up. Again, it surely does suck for the guy in the story, I'm not trying to argue that. But this is just business as usual for the government, so it doesn't grab me as "Whoa, that's really fucked up! How could something this messed up…
-
Then I ask again, please stop harrassing me about it. I likes my Windows. What crashes? I hear all sorts of Mac crash stories too, but just like the Windows stories, I know they're really exaggerated. The only time an operating system actually crashes is if there's a serious problem going on. In other words, very rarely in…

Contra III? I've been hoping that'd show up on the VC soon. Even Maddox gave it a good review... But I have way too many games to finish right now before I go buy another one. Yeah, I'd been playing games for awhile, but when my brother got a demo disc that had the first SOCOM game on, I couldn't figure out how to play.…
-
But the button placement is what makes it so funny compared to other BSOD parodies where people put crap about Windows hates you or something. I mean, god forbid that you actually paid attention to what the BSOD was saying so you could, yano, figure out why it happened and fix it. I've only seen it once in at least 10…

Yeah. It's a good thing he uses a pencil, or we'd be screwed with only 3 pages.
-
That doesn't stop him from turning any conversation I have with him into how much I need to get a mac, like he's some kind of mac missionary. But I'm sorry if I offended the true spirit of the mac by mistaking Night Lord by what you refer to as the "mac faithful." I just want him to shut up about it, much like you want me…

I fail to see what's fucked up about that news. It's not the first time a contest prize has been taxed. It's not the first time someone's dream has been right in front of their face and then yanked away. I mean, yeah, sure, sucks for that guy, but really... This isn't anything shocking. I like Hamelin's idea, though. Would…

Will do! *makes a note in the memo to yell at Serephel for being behind the times when he finally understands this reference*
-
The second step is getting a PC so the game can always crash on you and you won't be able to play it. Of course, you'll find that a PC doesn't crash all the time and you can still play the game, and therefore give up on trying to convert peopel to macism. You'll still need to find another way to cure your game addiction,…
-
I thought missing my PSP sucked, but when you throw that out there, I suddenly like my situation a hell of a lot more than I had.
-
Good, because I'm getting kinda sick of you trying to convert me to "macism." I mean seriously, what part of "I can't afford to buy a Mac right now, and wouldn't if I could because there's nothing wrong with my PC" don't you understand? Go convert someone else, please. P.S. This is the best damn "blue screen of death" joke…

I've come to understand that they are still rather commonplace in England, if you can find an online store that has decent shipping prices. I don't have time to check any online sites for these places right now, as I'm about to run off to work, but this is what I've found out. EDIT: I'll see if I can get some brand names…
-
Bleh. Just checked a few popular supply stores online and they have nothing like that. But they do have unruled calendars! -_- There's probably some obscure brand out there that no one has heard of, its just a matter of finding it. Damn, Amazon has pages and pages of ruled books, and eBay had like two entries (eBay came up…
-
By stitched, you mean this kind of notebook? It also happens to say unruled, but I already checked the mead website, and they don't seem to have that number anymore either. But that's what you mean by stitched, right?
-
I was going for the "if you have that many Macs lying around and you're not using them, they probably broke and therefore are not a quality product" route, but you flew right over it into a loop. Either way, I'm just bustin' yer balls, man. Lighten up. :)
-
I snagged the last copy Wal Mart had on the shelf! Mwahahahaha! I shall post my initial impressions after I get something to eat. EDIT: DI is totally right. The art and writing styles are great. I love the main character's attitude. I expected him to get into a fist fight with the hotel owner.
-
daveshan, my bro! I haven't seen you since Recon suspended me for asking a simple question! How the hell are you? The Miscreant knew where to teleport because he's magic... Or maybe the hockey players told him where Link went. PUT THE PUH!!
