Chore Wars

Here's where I heard about it first, in passing:

I thought that was amusingly funny enough. Then Stef mentioned it to me as possibly being something actually neat beyond a Penny Arcade joke. I'm up for any sort of incentive that'll inspire me to get chores done, so I think it's worth experimenting with. I've started a group for the forum to try things out, here's a temporary invite code.

Any ideas for adventures? We could see who's the best dishwasher out there! The answer is me.

    Chores are for suckers. I have too much homework to do. Like working on something of a UT2004 mod and designing and drawing a superhero/villain with fire and ice powers, complete with a write-up of an origin story.

    Fire and ice is played out. Go for powers of...like...weak hydrogen bonds and sublimation.

    ALSO: I'll make a character when I get out of class today.

    I don't have a choice on the powers. I rolled a dice a couple times to see what powers I got.

    I'll be grinding the moving boxes adventure! I have to make trips between my parents' current house and their new house every day for two weeks moving all our shit over.

    Seriously guys, stop making non-chore chores. I can't delete them (apparently that's on the designers' to-do list), so I have to edit them into oblivion.

    I have exploded into the exp lead because I cook an absurd amount nowadays. Also this hit on the 'new person moved in so we'd better actually re-organise crap so they can fit their stuff in'/parents are moving soon so you have to paint their new house week.

    Also added a couple of things.

    And I'm sure you'll be glad to know that I picked the red demon for an avatar, Stef.

    I claimed the heavily exercising chore, but then I cancelled it, because I don't really consider exercising a chore. I do it because I like it.
