Hey, I actually got to see a whole bunch of snow in one location for once! It was while I was visiting Greg's family up in PA, but it certainly counts. It's the most snow I've seen in years and years... prolly since I was a little kid visiting my grandparents in Chicago. It was nice! Definitely glad I only saw it for a few days though.
In Dallas with the 'rents now, the weather report predicted a small chance of snow tomorrow. We'll see if I'll actually get a (kind of) white Christmas this year.
Holy smokes, it snowed a bunch! Only the second white Christmas I've ever had, and it was a legit one. Instead of all the snow melting as soon as it hit the ground, we got a few inches and the salt trucks were out on the roads within a couple hours. I didn't even know Dallas had salt trucks! I was impressed!
Some firsts I have experienced with snow this winter:
-Sledding
-Wiping out from said sledding
-Cutting myself on ice splinters-- wtf that sucks
-Spending a good 15 minutes trying to unfreeze my car door to warm up my car
Still got a couple more snowy experiences that I need to 'cherish' on my bucket list, but I'm sure I'll have the joy of experiencing those at some point in my life.
The Mets are playing a four game series in Colorado and it's supposed to snow the whole time, so their PR guy tweeted that the MLB had given them clearance to play a triple-header if necessary.
Then some news outlets actually took him seriously and started reporting about it.
It's too bad, a triple-header would've actually been amazing (hasn't happened since 1920), but apparently the players' collective bargaining agreement forbids it.

By the way, the Mets' PR guy is pretty funny.
