I was gonna go to a party dressed as the phantom, bought the mask and make up to make myself hideous, but it's been cancelled :(

I really want to hide in our bushes this year with a chainsaw to scare away kids who try to steal our pumpkins, MUHAHAHA. But. I am missing a chainsaw ='(

I was going to go hang out with some friends who probably would've dragged me trick-or-treating, but I got my bands changed yesterday, and some medicine that I took to help with my teeth made me sick. :(

Very nice, Andrew. The look on your cat's face... I hope she tasted good.

I'm carving some sort of Triforce design into a pumpkin and pretending to be a stuffed dummy in a chair. Then, I'll grab passing trick-or-treaters.

I did this last year, fun.

    Those are rockin' costumes!

Poor cat. It's even extending its paw out in a desperate call for help.

    I'm sorry MacKenzie, that sucks.

On the bright side, (for me!) I bought the Orange Box and Fallout 3 to relieve the boredom of having to man the door! The Orange Box is 40 dollars and Fallout for the 360 is 60 dollars, and with my dad's Best Buy savings card I only had to pay $42.99!!!
I tried to tell them that they must have not ringed up Fallout but they were really confident it was right so... YAY!

HAHA! Necromancer eat kitty is hilarious! Poor Nox.

Nice costumes, those are pretty hot.

Great job on the make-up, too. You look dead.

Might I just go a bit queer for a second and say that black hair really works on your missus, Andrew.

Anyway, I just got in from an all night Saw marathon at the imax theatre, showing all of them, from the original to five. I forgot just how utterly, utterly awful the Saw films are, luckily I will now never forget.

And now I need to sleep. I was so tired by the time Saw V came on that I couldn't see straight and had to keep tilting my head to keep the picture level.

...my halloween was lame. I didn't do anything halloween-y :( No costume, no candy, no parties, I was driving (or being driven) most of the day while on the trip from Austin to Dallas and then from Dallas to about an hour north of here. Still fun though. What did everyone COOL dress up as?

Good thing he wasn't dressed as Dracula!

    Great job, Matt!

That's awesome, where'd you get a monocle like that?

    Costume store.

It's that time again! It's time to cut some firewood! Wait. Strike that. That's probably just me. What with the road construction and not living in range of any sort of significant number of little children, chances we will see any candy snatchers passing through here are approaching zero...

You win some you lose some I guess. The rest of ya had better be having an awesome Halloween! It's on a weekend and everything.

Halloween is one of those holidays that China just doesn't really understand. So not much happens here. The dance clubs downtown sometimes do stuff for Halloween. But I'm not a dance club kind of guy, and Asian clubs that cater to foreigners are mostly college kids and middle aged men trolling for Chinese booty.

So I'm sticking around here, playing wow, and starting Nanowrimo come midnight!

Oh man. I'm so sorry guys. My roommates decided a few weeks ago that we were going to have a Halloween party tonight, so here we are!!!

Something significant in my day? I CUT MY FREAKIN HAIR. I cut like ALL of it off. I have super short hair. Like Posh Spice from the Spice girls, with her shorter hair. That's who I'm going as this Halloween... omg I love it. First time I've had short hair since I was like 5. Very, very, very awesome. I love it.

LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! I would just like to point out how awesome my typing is at this point. Seriously. I'm a MASTER drunk-typer.

Paul and I had a laid-back movie night party. No trick-or-treaters, but we watched Black Sheep, so I'd consider it a major success. Also watched Jaws (two people there had never seen it) and a download of Paranormal Activity (not nearly as scary as advertised; I guess we just had to take the characters' word for it that scary shit was goin' down). We also made Bagel Bites and pumpkin spice muffins!

As soon as I can get Paul to send me photos, I'll show you my awesome costume.

I'm visiting family in suburban Illinois, so I got to take my cousin and her three spoiled little friends trick or treating. And it was freezing. And an 11 year old has a phone that cost more than my first car. Grrrrr.

I went trick or treating with my girlfriend. Nobody trick or treats at our apartment complex so several people gave us massive fist fulls of candy. I'll post a picture of my costume as soon as I can.

I slept until noon, played video games all day, and watched Gladiator with some friends late at night. All in all, a worthwhile day.
