I got all my Christmas shopping and wrapping done two days before Christmas! Despite my dad refusing to give me a hint of what he wanted until yesterday. ^__^ SUCCESS
Earlier this week I went out to dinner with some coworkers, and we had a lamb. This included many of the internal organs, like liver, lungs, stomach, coagulated blood, intestines, and its head (though no brains). I being the fat sonofabitch I am dug in and ate my fair share of everything.
The next day, several people got sick, one of which actually went to the hospital and was on IV drip for some food poisoning or something. Guess who has the stomach of steel from frequently eating shit he shouldn't and walked away perfectly fine? THE AMERICAN!
That reminds me of the time I was throwing a ball to my dog, but it hit the ceiling fan, got launched across the room, bounced off a wall and a fireplace, and wound up right back in my hand.
Not that I want to ruin the 1337 post count in this particular thread, but I forgot to mention last week that I was accepted into the school of Psychology! Now I'm going to try out being a Double Major, Psych along with Math.
If I decide I don't hate doing both, I just might follow through with it!!
As for myself I just randomly decided to muck around with Bing maps new deal which uses silverlight and noticed they started doing street views like google. Naturally the initial coverage is very limited, so I zoomed waaay out and randomly dropped the street view guy somewhere in the Twin Cites area since it was the nearest place to me that was covered. It loaded up and I zoomed down the street a little way and ended right beside a truck and trailer from my parent's business. I cannot overstate how stupidly unlikely of a coincidence this is.
That's like the time I was watching Auto-tune the News, and the company my dad works for scrolled by on the stock ticker while one of the people was "singing".
Oh wait, no, I have a better one. My dad was pumping gas in town, while wearing the "Ocean City, Maryland" shirt we got on vacation. The next guy over notices his shirt and comes over, and he's like "Ocean City, huh? I live right near there!"
My dad goes "Oh, yeah, I know exactly where you live! You're over in that Ocean Pines neighborhood, last street down, second to the last house on the right." The guy goes completely pale. "How... how did you know that?"
"I know everything." And then my dad just walks away.
Hey guys! I'm in Haiti! I got to fly around in a Canadian helicoptor today, and I distributed supplies! It was awesome! I have never been in a helicoptor before, nor have I ever distributed relief supplies, nor have I ever been close to so many Canadians before!

I've been in the snow on Christmas in Chicago, but eh. That's nothin.
This was the most exciting part of my day.

But seriously, no cling film.

It's on my side.
SUCCESS!
