The orangebelt in Metal Gear Solid!

Due to a conversation with Jake, I made this:

So, now you all need to make one yourself, featuring whoever else is in the board. There are photos of most of the regulars on here, so use them for the codec screen, and on the box you need to put an icon which you feel represents the person you're doing best.

Ooh, Jake, are we at Wimbledon, because you just got served!

But... no one else's name rhymes with Snake's!

No photos of deku12345, huh? That sounds like a challenge to me.

Gah! I forgot that we are facebook friends now. I admit defeat...

Haha, no pictures of me, fools!

    Quick people! (Ab)Use it!

Meh. I've no ambition for that. I already did my own, because unlike the others here there really were no pictures of me. (unless you count the ones where I'm way off in the distance and you can't really see me over the huge fire). That picture of me is the only picture of me on the entire internet that I know about.

I'm kind of glad you posted that photo, because for all these years I've pretty much pictured you as Butters.
  • edited April 2008
    HAHAHAHAHAHA

Now we need to get Carter to sing "What What (In the Butt)." It would be amazing.
  • edited April 2008
Eep! Clarification. I pictured X'o'lore as Butters, after his old avatar. Carter I generally picture as Link, cellshaded.

The takeaway message is that you all are just avatars to me. Also, I firmly believe that anyone that I haven't met, heard in a podcast, or talked to on the phone has a tiny squeaky voice.

    My voice is manly! MANLY!
  • edited April 2008
Mine is, to quote the Da Vinci Code, like liquid chocolate.

    Man, I'm so literary.
  • edited April 2008
Jeff, I've talked to you on the phone AND listened to your podcast, so I know what you sound like.

Illithid, your voice is indeed like squeaky liquid chocolate.
  • edited April 2008
Well, better than nothing, I guess.
  • edited April 2008
I know, but I can't account for some of the rubes that post on this forum!

No one's heard me sing though, and YOU'RE NOT GONNA.
  • edited April 2008
I can vouch for Illithid's sexy, sexy, manly smooth voice. I sound like Butters.
  • edited April 2008
I don't want to be thought of as a tiny shrill voiced dude! I've got a smooth, robust voice!

    It only cracks sometimes, now!

We should all send a brief, "Hello, this is_____" to Jakey for his next podcast. Then we can all make fun of Tak together.
  • edited April 2008
I suppose a dancing monkey would have a squeaky voice.

Do it! Except say another sentence as well, like a fun fact about yourself or something else

    I have.

LIES AND SLANDER! LIBEL! I'll SUE!

    Hush you.

I also think of most people as avatars. Stef is toast and Mario is Justin Timberlake.
  • edited April 2008
Stef surely can't be as crusty as that piece of years-old toast has to be by now.
  • edited April 2008
I'm never sure if it's actually toast or just a big piece of bread.
  • edited April 2008
How do I look like Butters? I've never had a Butters avatar. I think you are confusing me with someone else. I'm the guy who periodically posts 6:35 remixes to keep the 6:35 boards from being dead. My last avatar was like my current one, but in a box. In space.

ETA: It would require effort on my part to mimmick a small squeaky voice. Also, I submitted a story thing to the podcast months ago. Maybe years by now. I don't really keep track of time very well. That's enough submissions for podcast material for me until it is used or turned down.
  • edited April 2008
Oh my god, dude. I didn't mean to piss you off.
  • edited April 2008
Meh, I'm not pissed. I was just confused where the whole Butters thing came from. Then I remembered someone else had a butters avatar.

I don't think I'm capable of anger. I can't get mad even when I TRY to be. I'd make the worst Hulk ever.
