    More importantly, it has good integration with other aspects of OS X, the Address Book in particular, and supports four-person video chats and ten-person audio chats. And it's not quite as crashy as the official AIM client.

    I didn't know Microsoft was a bitch about it on Mac. Though in retrospect it makes perfect sense.

    I use MSN because it's the non-American international standard. All of my international friends are on it, and all of my American friends are on AIM.

    And, at my office, MSN is the standard of communication, since not every person has a phone at their desk.
