I did EV training for a little while, but I found it really took all the fun out of the game. I would get a new hatched pokemon, feed it 40 rare candies, type its stats in a calculator, find out its EVs, rinse and repeat, and then decide if I'm going to use it for further breeding purporses in my effort to make the best.
It's not fun at all, and it kills the spirit of Pokemon training. I stopped doing it after a while. Mario's got it right, it comes from the heart.
We have a garden out front. Last summer we had flowers all through it, and they've pretty much all come back and are starting to bloom even though they were supposed to be annuals!
We also had garlic, tomatoes, and peppers last year, but so far only the garlic is sending up shoots. Mmm garlic greens.
The extent of our gardening is our indoor plant we named Jerry. He's not doing so well... we water him once a week just like we're supposed to, but yeah. We're college students, what can we say?

I only use the coolest of cool pokemon. Raichu is slightly less cool.
Does anybody keep a garden?
House plants?
Moss or mold?
Have you started seeds for spring planting? Bit lazy? Going to buy sprouts?
Or are we still too young to be gardeners, and just admire the neighbours growth instead? Is it a chore and not a hobby?
Ever grown something from a fruit or vegetable seed off a piece you were eating?
