Netflix not available in the UK? That seems like a silly business plan.

Back to the future is 25 years old this year.

Why not kick things off, This weekend with Back to the Future? Then next weekend, back to the future 2, and, rather predictably, the weekend after with back to the future 3?

I'm guessing we all have a copy of this movie (If not, for shame!)

    What do you guys think?

Why do you always plan this stuff when I have to work? I work Saturday morning (Friday night US) to make up for some vacation. Then I have a conference the following weekend, and then maybe a business trip after that. So maybe this is just a bad month for me. Either way, I probably can't make it. Unless you do it Saturday night/Sunday morning this weekend, then maybe.

Let me think...Possession of BttF I have, but only in VHS format and being on skype and watching a VHS movie is a combination that would only end in tears around here if I dared attempt it. I use Skype for business. I could get pestered by people I normally do work with or for. The weekend wouldn't necessarily stop that. Then there's the regular mini-lan thing I do with my local friends on weekends which I wouldn't feel like canceling on.

I'd have some hurdles in trying to do this, but the idea appeals to me.

Long shot, I know, but I'm currently download Back to the Future 1. If anyone wants to hit this shit up with me on skype, get your copy down. I'll have it in about an hour...

    *Bump*
I totally love this idea, this is a good idea. But it's Halloween weekend, let's watch a scary movie. Netflix put a few new horror movies on their instant que if anyone's interested for tomorrow night or something.

Does anyone have Netflix? We have to watch Mega Shark vs. Crocosaurus sometime.
When the prehistoric warm-water beast the Crocosaurus crosses paths with that cold-water monster the Mega Shark, all hell breaks loose in the oceans as the world's top scientists explore every option to halt the aquatic frenzy. Swallowing everything in their paths -- including a submarine or two -- Croc and Mega lead an explorer and an oceanographer on a wild chase. Eventually, the desperate men turn to a volcano for aid.

Now that I have all of your attention, when will we watch this, and when will everyone else who does not have Netflix buy an account?
