    I think that might be Baby Mario and Baby Princess Peach (notice the crown), but I really don't know.

    Nope, Wonderboy and Master Higgins/Takahashi Meijin, from Wonderboy and Adventure Island (see earlier in thread)

    Yeah, it's Master Higgins with Mario's cap, but the M is the Hudson Bee.
